Managed IT Services is the enhancing of an organization’s IT operations through outsourcing to gain productivity, security, and cost-performance benefits.

We’ve been in business continuously since our founding in 2002. We started offering managed services in 2006.

Through our technology planning process: We will align your organization's goals to your technology plan. At a COUPLE of GURUS, we have the resources to keep our clients ahead of the curve on the latest developments in technology, security, and regulatory compliance. Our team’s collective IT expertise covers a very broad spectrum; a typical small to mid-sized organization would need to employ multiple individuals to equal this knowledge, at much greater expense. And at a COUPLE of GURUS, we have the resources to continuously upskill, thereby keeping our clients ahead of the curve on the latest developments in technology, security, and regulatory compliance.

Our approach is a hybrid of per user and per device pricing. We look at the complexity of the infrastructure and the scope of services that the customer needs, and choose the pricing model that makes it easy for the customer to plan and budget. Typically, this means per user pricing. In some cases, because of the way an organization is structured, per device pricing makes more sense. For example, if an organization’s workforce has multiple shifts, per user pricing can become difficult to manage. In this case, it might be easier to manage by device.

Ultimately, the goal is to have pricing that both parties can track easily. Our service plan pricing is consistent month to month, and all our service plans are created individually to meet the specific needs of each client.
