Systems Engineer Guru Level 2

Our Network Engineer Level 2 implements business systems environments for multiple clients, works both remotely (from ACOG’s offices) and on-site and provides work direction to team members. Additionally, you work closely with Account Managers to define appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a technical person with 4 years' experience, good problem solving skills and the desire to learn. An MCSE/MCSA is desired or relevant experience. Entry-level scripting and automation knowledge helpful. PowerShell and SQL reporting is a plus.

This position will also require professional communication skills, including written and verbal communication with co-workers and customers. The desired candidate would have excellent active listening and customer care skills. You would also be self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to resolution.
