About the Role
We’re seeking an Account Manager who excels at developing and nurturing long‑term client relationships while identifying strategic opportunities to help organizations improve their technology environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor — understanding client needs, communicating clearly, ensuring expectations are met, and connecting clients with the right IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Sales Growth (60%)
- Grow and support existing client accounts by uncovering ways to further partner and deliver IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring communication is smooth, expectations are clear, and outcomes exceed expectations.
- Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative approach — asking great questions, listening deeply, and presenting solutions aligned to client priorities.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, warm leads, and cultivating long‑term relationships.
- Participate in marketing and client‑facing activities that drive new business and deepen engagement.
Reporting, Process, and Best Practices (30%)
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow established processes, and complete all required reporting.
- Use ConnectWise to track activities, enter tickets, document sales cycles, and manage time and expenses.
- Prepare updates for weekly sales meetings and ensure opportunities match company standards.
Professional Development (10%)
- Continue developing your sales, consultative, and technical understanding through training and company‑supported professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in the IT/Managed Services industry.
- Experience using ConnectWise or similar PSA/CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.
- Ability to understand and explain technology in a business‑focused way.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred / Valued Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry sales experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrated experience in consultative or solutions‑based selling.
