Schoolcraft defined phishing, malware, and ransomware, reviewed the method, effects, and resolution of the recent Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack, and outlined methods that businesses and public sector institutions can take to prevent successful cyberattacks, emphasizing training, oversight, and outside backup and audit plans.
