In 1955 the Minnesota Tool & Die Association was founded by DeWitt Bills of World Aerospace. He gathered a group of peers whose mission it was to “Elevate the contract manufacturing industry in Minnesota to a high level of endeavor and accomplishment for the mutual benefit of all concerned”.
