MSP Kaseya Ransomware Breach

Last Friday, one of the biggest ransomware attacks on record was identified and affects managed service providers (MSPs) who use the Kaseya remote monitoring management tool (RMM). We have already communicated to our clients that we do not use Kaseya for our RMM tool and none of our clients are affected. Having said that, we are checking our client networks to confirm if any 3rd party vendors are using the Kaseya RMM tool. If we find the Kaseya RMM tool or agent on any client network, we will promptly remove.
With the recent uptick in security vulnerabilities being identified, we are continuing to evaluate tools that provide additional protection to our clients and their networks. As we identify tools that provide additional protection, we will reach out to our clients to discuss further.
